What Is Your Warranty/Guarantee Policy?

All Products are covered under the manufacturer's warranty up to 10 years. Please contact us for help with warranty issues for products you purchased through our company. We strive to carry quality furniture that will very rarely require utilization of the manufacturer's warranty.

What if My Shipment Arrives Damaged?

In the rare situation that you experience damage in your shipment, please be sure to note it on the delivery paperwork you sign and contact us as soon as possible. If the package is severely damaged, please refuse the shipment from the freight company. We will arrange for a replacement or replacement parts to be rushed out. We will take the quickest route to remedy the situation.

How much is shipping?

Shipping depends on the weight of the product and where it is shipping to. To keep the shipping costs as low as possible, we do not calculate the shipping until your order actually ships. This way you have an exact shipping cost. We do not add anything to the shipping, you get charged only current shipping rates. We do however add a $10.00 handling fee, to help cover the cost of packaging, and shipping employees. If you have any questions regarding how much something will be to ship, please email us.

How long will it take me to receive my order?

This all depends on the item that you order and where it will be shipped from. If you would like to know the shipping time for a particular item to your address, please, email us.
